Deadline for Submission of Abstracts: 09 July 2010
Abstract submission will be automatically closed at the announced deadline.

• Abstracts must be submitted in English through the symposium official website: www.cost929istanbul.org Abstracts sent by e-mail or fax won't be accepted.

• Submission of an abstract may either be as an oral or as a poster presentation. However, the scientific committee reserves the right to decide on whether an abstract to be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and this issue will be decided during the evaluation process of the scientific committee. The submitting authors will be informed by individual letters just after the evaluation process of the scientific committee and by16 July 2010.

• Please note that abstract system does not allow submissions exceeding 300 words and including tables, images or graphics.

• The abstract should be structured according to general standards: background, objective, materials and methods, results, conclusion.

• Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by19 July 2010 will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication. Please note at least one author of each abstracts should register for the symposium and abstracts submitted without any corresponding symposium registration will be refused.

• Please do not hand in multiple versions of the same abstract.

• Draft abstracts - The submission form allows you to store your abstract and you will be able to have a final draft just before the submission in order to make final changes.
